Community of Practice
We are an intergenerational, globally dispersed group of practitioners coming from very different life journeys and individual practices, meeting in a shared space of presence where we witness, value, and respect each contribution, and keep our senses wide open for what the weaving of it all reveals.
We offer regular free, open, online sessions. Everyone is welcome to join our practice and experience Collective Presencing.
Those of us who have been practicing for years and feel called to tend to the community and the practice, in different ways, have formed a group we call ‘core practitioners’. This is a self-organising network, a living collective with no fixed rules. The depth of engagement of each practitioner is determined by their own interest and energy.
Our shared willingness to stay in practice brings us together in an evolving inquiry. Through this process, we co-create a relational field where new forms of knowing, being, and acting can become possible, including in how we organise ourselves, the birth of new projects, and the ways in which the practice is brought to other fields of work, applying it to different professional, organisational, and community contexts.
Do you want to know more?
We take great care that participants can learn more about Collective Presencing if they want to. After each dialogue session, there is a half-hour debrief, where we invite all kinds of questions, comments, and reflections about the practice and the community of practice. Through answering these, the essence and nuances of the process are articulated.
For those who are interested in joining the core practitioners group, becoming a host of the sessions -after significant continuous practice- or experimenting with it in their own contexts, this is a space to express their wishes and curiosity (as well as doubts, fears, hesitation, confusion…) and find out more.
This is a collective where practitioners can strengthen their sense of agency and grow their capacity for initiative within a self-organising network that encourages learning and experimentation, offering witnessing and companionship.
“This intergenerational, geo-diverse community of practice feeds my relational being and composts my mechanistic thinking, supporting revelations of meaningful intimacy with human and more-than-human kin.”
“This community of practice has held me in the most vulnerable moments of my life… This is a place where I have found intergenerational support, aliveness, communion, responsibility and grounded work. A space that feels like family – including the uncomfortable truths of family life- and I’m always happy to discover new cousins and distant aunts. I love Collective Presencing!”
“A collective devoted to feeling the pulse of nature animating our bodies. Experiencing multiple dimensions and layers of being with senses wide open. Inquiring into soul. Committing to an intimate relationship with the seed of our potential. Practicing recognizing aliveness and attuning to intimacy with the sacred.”
